Satisfied team members create satisfied customers.  Satisfied customers drive your business results. But most team members and customers are not going to tell you about their experiences with your organization unless they're asked.
And they won't tell you the whole story unless they are asked in a confidential, secure fashion.

  • Do you hear complaints about poor morale at your workplace?
  • Is there is an issue with communication and information dissemination?
  • Are leadership styles, delegation and decision-making mechanisms effective?
  • Are your systems, people, strategy and structure all aligned?

These and other critical issues can be identified through an organisational climate or employee opinion survey. For many organisations, improvement plans can be identified following the conduct of such a survey. Indeed, the success of these improvement plans can be assessed through subsequent surveys where change can be monitored and quantified.

Employee surveys can be completed either online or paper-based. The survey items can be customised or a standard survey can be used – with or without modification from our database of survey items.

For most surveys, responses are provided to a rating scale and the survey results are produced quantitatively.
As an alternative, we can conduct staff or focus group interviews where qualitative feedback is obtained.
