We provide coaching and mentoring services to help executives, leaders and high potential managers realise their career and personal development goals thereby maximising their contributing and value to the organisation.
From our experience in utilising a range of coaching models in our work, we consider that no one coaching solution that will suit every individual. The coaching need may be for fast-tracking high performers, career development or addressing specific leadership, communication or interpersonal objectives. As a result, we provide an adaptive coaching philosophy to ensure effectiveness in achieving behavioural change.
Our approach is therefore to work with the client to identify the specific coaching need in the first instance, develop a coaching program that will best target this need and engage stakeholders in the start-up, follow up and evaluation stages to ensure that the required change has occurred and is sustained. The aim is to ensure that the focus is on the priority areas for change that will create the greatest impact.
The following is a typical example of the steps that may be involved:
- we meet to identify needs, objectives and expectations
- we conduct an information gathering phase which is likely to include a 360 degree feedback or emotional intelligence assessment or qualitative input such as through stakeholders interviews
- we then arrange a series of 1:1 sessions focusing on behavioural change and goal setting
- during the coaching process, we maintain regular constant with the coachee’s stakeholders because we consider that real change takes place when the stakeholders can perceive and observe such change
