We can assist organisations to identify whether their pay structures reflect market relativities through the conduct of industry or regional based remuneration surveys. We approach comparable organisations within the same industry or region and obtain pay and benefit information which will help identify whether pay structures are appropriate. By requesting such information as an independent third party, organisations are willing to provide such data to us as we undertake to provide them with a confidential summary of the outcomes.

We also assist organisations in designing and developing an appropriate salary system – one which provides for pay recognition based on skills or performance criteria or other forms of value-add to the organisation. Our independent and consultative approach, industry knowledge and understanding of motivation at work means that the salary system we design will help organisations and their people achieve the respective objectives.
